The Trans-Femoral Rotator 300 (TFR) from Hosmer is a welcome addition to any above-knee prosthesis. It allows the amputee to rotate the shin section of the prosthesis relative to the socket, making entry and exit of tight spaces, such as automobiles, much easier.
